The Pinot Grigio signed by Cantina Terlano comes from several plots within the Alto Adige denomination, at a variable height ranging from 250 to 900 meters above sea level. The harvest is done manually, with a selection of the best bunches, which are then fully pressed. This is followed by the racking, carried out through natural decantation. The must ferments slowly in stainless steel containers at low temperatures. The final aging then continues for 5-7 months and takes place in steel barrels where the wine remains in contact with the fine lees.Once the maturation is complete, the winery proceeds with the bottling operations.

The Pinot Grigio wine from Cantina Terlano presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color endowed with a particular brightness. Exotic fruit first appears on the nose, enriched by floral hints and sensations reminiscent of freshly mown grass.
