Marco's philosophy in the vineyard has always been focused on respect for the varieties and the system, so the plants are not treated with any chemical or synthetic substances. In the cellar, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel containers, followed by \u003cstrong\u003e20 months of aging in new barriques\u003c\/strong\u003e, followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe Habemus Etichetta Bianca wine presents itself in the glass with an extremely dark and impenetrable ruby red color.
