In the cellar, the work is just as meticulous so that the alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous, and the Barricadiero is aged for \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003e24 months in barriques.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003eThe Barricadiero red presents a ruby colour, compact and impenetrable.
