The exposure is west and southwest, the altitude is around 340 meters above sea level and the soil, made up of fossil Marne di Sant'Agata, has a silty texture, particularly rich in limestone. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation is accompanied by 30 days of maceration on the skins, at the end of which the wine is racked off and then aged for \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003e26-36 months in oak barriques\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"\u003e, 80 percent new and 20 percent second-passage.
